The Sistahood of the Traveling Sketchbooks is the brain-child of Stephanie Corder of Dragonfly Design Studios and Jaime Haney of artsyfartsyme. Rather than have me explain it poorly, you should read about it on Jaime's blog. I'm quite excited. It's going to be a year-long project that promises to be tons of fun.

FINALLY!! I've been trying to get the cover right since before the project officially began.
04/06/2011 - 1st Month
For the month of April, our task is to pick a color, any color, and illustrate it's meaning to us. My finished product (not bad for a first attempt at decoupage, huh?):
What you see there is a recreation of my wedding bouquet of hydrangeas and roses.
I can't wait to get my hands on Kim's book at the end of the month. :D
